App Privacy Policy

This policy describes the That1Lender Buydown iPhone and iPad app, published by Alexander DeFalco and branded for The Schnautz Team at Fairway. It covers the native app, rather than all websites or services you may open from it.

Information in the app

Loan amounts, rates, terms, and calculations are processed on your device. The app does not transmit these entries to the developer or The Schnautz Team. It has no account registration, advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, or loan application collection. We do not collect or sell personal information through the app.

Saved scenarios and PDFs

If you save a scenario, its label, loan inputs, and creation date are stored locally using device storage. Use a property label instead of borrower names, account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers. You can delete saved scenarios in the app. Data may be included in device backups according to your Apple settings.

PDF comparisons are generated on your device and stored temporarily by the app. When you choose Share PDF, the destination you select receives the document. Email, cloud storage, messaging, and other destinations handle shared information under their own privacy policies. Copies you share or save outside the app must be managed in those destinations.

Support and external links

Contacting us by email voluntarily provides the recipient with your email address and anything you include. We use that information to respond to your request. Please do not send sensitive borrower or financial identifiers for app support.

The online calculator and other external websites open outside the app. Those services and their hosting providers may process connection information such as IP addresses and browser information under their applicable policies. This app policy does not describe every data practice of Fairway or external services.

Your choices

You can use calculations without saving a scenario. Delete saved scenarios within the app and manage device backups through your Apple settings. Removing the app ordinarily removes its local app data; backups and externally shared documents are managed separately.

Children

The app is a general mortgage education calculator and is not designed specifically for children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Apple services

Apple may separately process App Store, TestFlight, device diagnostic, or purchase account information under Apple's policies and your settings. The app does not include a developer analytics or crash reporting SDK.
