HOW IT WORKS

Lower initial payments.
The same note rate.

A temporary buydown uses an upfront subsidy to cover part of your scheduled principal and interest payment for a set period. Your share increases as the subsidy steps down.

The loan’s note rate and full payment obligation do not change. The displayed payment rates are used to calculate your share, not a change to your contract interest rate.

Availability, qualification, permitted funding sources, and subsidy treatment must be confirmed for your specific loan.

Let’s find the right fit.
